Step by step

  1. Try it yourself

    Render a real document in the try-out on this site or click through the public demo with the account from the docs. No sign-up, no call needed.

  2. Guided demo

    In a call we show you VeloxFactory live and answer your questions about templates, data and printing.

  3. Your offer

    You choose self-hosted or managed SaaS. The offer follows the number of instances, the Print Service installations and the support you need.

  4. Setup by us

    We install VeloxFactory on your server or set up your managed instance. The setup is a one-time fee.

  5. Templates and training

    Build your templates yourself with Jaspersoft Studio or let us create them. On request we train your users and developers.

  6. Operation and support

    Updates and support come with the maintenance of a self-hosted license and are included in managed SaaS.

Two ways to run it

Self-hosted

Recommended

VeloxFactory runs on your own server or with a hosting provider of your choice. Your data stays with you.

  • License bought once per instance.
  • Monthly maintenance with updates and support, required in the first year and optional after that.
  • One-time setup fee, the installation is done by us.
  • Works offline and in air-gapped networks.

Managed SaaS

We run VeloxFactory for you, hosted in Germany. For teams that would rather not run a server of their own.

  • Monthly fee including operation, updates and support.
  • One-time setup fee.
  • Hosted in Germany.
  • No server of your own needed.

What the price depends on

Every setup is different, so we do not publish a price list. Your offer is based on:

Instances
How many VeloxFactory instances you run.
Print Service installations
On how many Windows computers the Print Service runs.
Support scope
How much support you need.

We never charge by the number of documents created, pages printed or API calls.

Template creation and training are billed by effort, estimated up front.
